If you write an e-mail response from an iPhone and try to sign it “Hubby” – be careful. The phone has a predictive spelling fixer that will change that to “Nubby” which you will miss if you’re not paying attention.
You may then receive a response from your wife asking:
“Nubby?”
Trust me on this.

We went to the cabin last weekend. There was enough snow that we were able to do some sledding.

Up late finishing some stuff and up early tomorrow to spend most of the day driving to and from Merced.  Two hour meeting mid day and about 8 hours of driving.  Crazy.  I’ll get to stop by Jamey’s office in Modesto on the way back though, so that’s a fun thing.

Our guinea fowl want to be turkey.  Or at least to hang with them.  I think they feel that two birds just isn’t a sufficient flock, or gang, or crowd, or whatever.   Whenever the wild turkey come wandering through our two guineas wander into their midst and try to blend in.
